The path of enjoyers
(THEORETICAL PART)Build Your New Life
Evolutionary Transformative praxis
(Theoretical Part)
It is time to update spiritual practice.
Spirituality is viewed as something static, unchangeable, inflexible, non-evolutionary and unadaptable to time and space. The same spiritual practices ares constantly being applied to all people, regardless of the time and place of their existence.
Of course, this has led to the complete choking of the energy of human individuality, but as energy can not be a long time suppressed and even less destroyed, it has found its own outburst in the strengthening of collective systems (the so-called spiritual). As a result of strangling individuals, religions of the old and new age appear. Some of them have very few followers and minimal material wealth and some are gigantic by the number of followers and material wealth.
Our personal life energy is used to create and build worlds outside of us instead of building and developing the very source of life energy – THE INDIVIDUAL. Nevertheless, there has been a new era in the development of man, and finally, spirituality as everything else in life, must KEEP EVOLVING every day to adapt to each individual individually. Finally, the Spiritual Practice is subject to daily updating and the first official update of the Spiritual Practice will recognize various spiritual practices as viruses, some as outdated and ineffective programs, some will need to be adapted, some upgraded, and eventually put into the service of the individual and never again in the service of the spiritual practice (system) itself.
The updated spirituality is finally handed over to each individual to become his / her instrument. Individuals can now use their energy for their development and prosperity, and never again with their own energy to strengthen and nourish the so-called. spiritual organizations / systems.
ET Praxis is not a system, a dogma, a religion, a New Age philosophy etc… it is not something that one has to follow. It is not imposing anything on anyone. It is simply the result of the physical, mental, and spiritual experience of an ordinary man. To this man are only a practical experience and obtained results a measure of the harmfulness and usefulness of things. ET Praxis is a practical approach to life with the aim of physical, mental, spiritual and social development of the individual as well as society as a whole.
How did ET Praxis come about?
Like you, I was a seeker of happiness. I’ve had enough suffering and I wanted to help myself. I was very unhappy and tired of empty theories and philosophies.. When I would meet some teaching, which allegedly can help us, I would immediately accept and test in practice a practical part of that teaching,
I had the determination to accept anything and to reject anything just to help myself. I hit the rock bottom of suffering and the only thing left was to either kill myself or to heal myself. Despite the persistence of seeking, unfortunately, I did not find any learning that offered a reasonable and detailed path that would free us from suffering.
I had to learn from a several teachings only practical techniques and adjust them so that they were free from the philosophical and ideological aspects of that teaching itself. The rules, philosophies, dogmas, ideologies and excessive theories lead to the suppression of individuality, burdens the practical part of teaching, which makes the practical part of teaching lose simplicity. Techniques become complicated by which their efficiency is greatly reduced, and even techniques and teaching itself become counterproductive, and this is the case with 99% of today’s teachings.
I understood through my experience, and through the experiences of others, that every teaching, guru, mentor, monk, priest, and all so-called. avatar, messiah, medium of higher creatures, etc., how much it can help us can even more hurt us. Most of these so-called authorities, who are offered to help us, in fact, can not help us at all, but on the contrary, harm us, although on the surface it may seem that we benefit from them.
Many of you will tell me – I was helped by: Eckart Tole, Mooji, Osho, Jesus, Krishna Murti, Anita Moorjary; guru, mentor, reiki or other kind energy healer, motivational speaker; Hare Krishna or some other religion, yoga teacher, life couches; books: The power of your subconscious mind, The Secret, Conversations with the god, The Bible, etc. I can continue to enumerate , because the books and authorities belonging to the religions of the old and the new age have countless. Of course, you have found something useful in these books and received some good advice from these various teachers, but have you achieved true happiness by reading these books and following the advice of these teachers?
Sometimes anyone can help us, give us inspiration, give us some advice that helps us in certain situations, but that’s not enough for me, this is not a real help for me. We can learn something from children, trees and animals, but from one guru, from one spiritual authority and teacher we need to get a complete system of development and not just some crumbs that can not satisfy our enormous hunger for happiness and freedom.
I was looking for someone who can show me the path of success and freedom from suffering in all segments of life. Segments that encompass all fields of everyday life such as family relations, marriage, politics, sports, entertainment, parenting, nutrition, physical body, emotions, sexuality, etc.
I did not find anyone to have come to life sufficiently comprehensively and practically to allow us to fully enjoy life, and at the same time with discipline and work on ourselves, that we keep developing as fast as possible. I did not find anyone who, in his/her teaching, tied material and spiritual as a whole, enabling a person to live 200% of life – 100% material and 100% spiritual.
Let’s take only one segment of the man – his / her sexuality and we will see that most of the teachings and most authorities not at all or only partly explain human sexuality, when in fact human sexuality is the key to human development. That so-called. experts are talking about love. God, the universe and the mass of other things, but when it comes to sex and sexuality, there is not much to say. From their narrative we can conclude that human sexuality is still taboo, and still superficially seen, although in reality, our spirit and body are completely dependent on our sexuality.
In the past, and currently, human consciousness evolves only between the first energy center (the existential) and the second energy center (sexual), and how it is then possible to raise awareness above the current level if we do not even mention this level. When energy flows through the first two centers we become a sexual, and when energy flows through the third and fourth energy center we become love. The difference between sex and love is only in the location of our energy. When we’re sexually excited the energy is in the genital area and when we feel love the energy in the area of the stomach and chest.
So all spiritual authorities who are not comfortable talking about human sexuality, and themselves are not fully fulfilled on sexual plan, are not competent to show us the way of the development of consciousness because we are trapped in sex, whether we knew it or not, admit it or not. This is not just our case, but in the same situation are all the gurus and all the others, so called, spiritual authorities. These spiritual expert pretend to know everything, but about human sexuality, with which all humanity is obsessed, they do not have much to say. It just shows that they them self are unconsciously obsessed with it, as soon as they can talk about everything for hours but not about sex and sexuality.
Some teachings like Tantra and Taoism deal with human sexuality, but teachers of these teachings have made rocket science from human sexuality. They went to another extreme making human sexuality the whole science you now need to study throughout your life. One of the most famous Taoist masters Mantak Chia has written over 40 books on topics of human sexuality and mastering Chi energy. It is important for our development to know our own sexual energy and to master it, but there is no need of it to make rocket science because things are very simple,. Mantak Chia and other sex masters do exactly that – They create a rocket science of human sexuality.
I understand why they do this because they see that their students do not progress enough. They do not progress because the ordinary man, in order to develop, needs additional help and techniques, which do not concern direct work with sexual energy. Although sexuality is one of the main link of our evolutionary chain, however, there are other links of the chain that Tantra and Taoism do not offer, but some other teachings offer them.
These remaining links that we find in other teachings, if they remain original, on the one hand would help us, but on the other hand they would capture us in the dogma of the very teaching from which they originate. So it is very difficult to take what is good for us from a teaching without getting stuck in the living mud of that same teaching.
It is true that Taiozam, Yoga, New Age spirituality, the science of nutrition, religion, martial arts, sports, art, music and everything else in life can help us in the development, but can even more hurt us if the ideas we follow become more important than our reason and objective truth.
Following a large number of teachings I realized how they slowly program us, and only intelligent, courageous individuals, to whom the truth is more important than anything else, manage to get rid of those teachings once they have been deeply rooted in them. Over time, it has become easy for me to take from everything that is good and to reject what is not, and I have been maintaining that lifestyle for the last 25 years. At the same time, I have been helping many others for years, giving them the insights that made my life to heaven.
I am convinced that everyone can benefit and succeed if he/she implements, at least a fraction of my life practices, into his/her life. Despite the fact that I wanted to avoid the formation of a system, I see, however, that it is inevitable to organize all my insights into something specific, and thus enable seekers to enjoy, in one place and in one form, complete theoretical and practical instructions for attaining material and spiritual fulfillment.
ET Praxis can be defined with a single sentence - Absorb what is useful, discard what is not and add what is essentially your own.
With great joy I will share with you everything that I have come to know. I invested a lot of effort, time, finance, etc. to discover what is useful and what is harmful in the way of human evolution. I have experienced a lot of suffering by testing in practice the advice and techniques of many authorities, and who have proved often to be totally wrong in practice.
The result of my 30 years of work you get free, but I’m happy about that. Always the first, who forge the way through the jungle, has harder time than those who follow him. In the Jungle of Countless teachings, available in the market of help-others and self-help, I have clarified the way by sorting out what is useful and what is useless on the road to true happiness and freedom. You no longer have to waste time and energy in doubt about the way to go.
It’s up to you to just test ET Praxis in practice, but let me tell you straight away that it will not be easy. It is not easy to become a new Buddha, Jesus, and a similar spiritual Goliath. Practicing ET Praxis you will achieve the fulfillment on the material and spiritual plane. How quickly and how far you will reach depends on your own commitment.
What matters is that ET Praxis does not contain unnecessary things that hinder development. The focus is only on practical and useful, and if you find something in ET Praxis that does not benefit you, I encourage you to immediately eliminate it from your ET path. Of course it’s good before you see something of ET Praxis as useless to be sure of it. Also, if possible, consult with an experienced ETP Friend.
I’ve practiced a lot in my life. I used techniques from many teachings and 25 years ago I finally crystallized to myself how to develop fastest with minimum effort. I realized how to develop on all life plans, but at the same time to enjoy life fully.
ET Praxis is the Enjoyer Way - Conscious enjoyment. This does not mean that ET Enjoyer does not follow discipline,
on the contrary, she / he follows, but discipline gives her / him pleasure. Perhaps at first not so much, but later everything we do, and even what we initially had to work hard on, we will work with pleasure. I live in the same circumstances as you. I did not descend from Tibet, from the Himalayas, came from India, China, or some other Oriental country. I am not a sage, a guru, a priest, a monk, a psychologist, or anything special. I live the life of an ordinary man. I have also experienced poverty and wealth, health and disease, successes and failures in the physical, mental, material and social terms. This means I do not differ in any way from you, nor does my life differ from yours. When I say this, I do not mean literally that I am your copy, but I swim in the same water you swim in.
Only the man, who is exposed from the inside and outside with similar influences, to whom we are exposed, can understand us. If such a man has managed to become happy in our living conditions, then he / she is also competent to show us how to make ourselves happy. Swamis, gurus, monks, priests, etc., swam and swim in other waters, and they only partially understand our life situation, and that’s why they can not help us. For example, the one who practice celibacy can not give advice on sexual life, and even on anything, because sexuality. which the celibate followers have renounced, affects all aspects of human life. It also influenced those who are in celibacy, forcing them to renounce their own sexuality.
Only the person who lives in our living conditions, and managed to become happy and free from the duality of the mind, is qualified to help us and not some individuals whose life is guided by the tradition, rules, customs, regulations of some dogma or teaching. Do not forget ET Praxis is not a system, neither dogma nor teaching, but simply a free approach to life where our own reason and feelings determine what is useful and what is useless for us and others.
The system always works by rules, because if it would not follow the rules and laws, then it would not be a system. Someone may say – Well, the rule is also if we choose useful ones and we throw away useless things. True, it is a kind of rule, but this rule is in the service of the individual, not in the service of the system. When an individual is above the system, the system does not exist, because at any moment, if the individual suits it, it can change its thinking and behavior, which shows that it is not managed by anyone other than itself. In this case, the individual is not a servant, but the master of his / her lifestyle, and follows the rules only as long as they have practical meaning.
ET Praxis belongs to the individual, not that the individual belongs to ET Praxis, and therefore ET Praxis is not, and will never be, any system. Every practitioner of ET Praxis has the full freedom to accept, reject, adapt, upgrade, correct, perfect etc, the techniques and principles of ET Praxis. The essence of ET Praxis is PRACTICE and only those who will test ET Praxis through the personal experience will realize what a wonderful and precious gift they have received. All the techniques and exercises of ET Praxis have the ultimate goal that we wake up, ie, to transform our unconsciousness into self-awareness, and then to connect self-consciousness with higher levels of cosmic consciousness.
ET PRAXIS CONTENTS 4 MAIN PRINCIPLES:
- Concentrate (meditate) daily.
- Live (enjoy) consciously here and now.
- Transform useless into useful.
- Preserve the high potential of the body.
First principle - Concentrate daily (meditate)
is the engine of the ET Praxis. Without a daily exercise of deep relaxation, it is impossible to wake up systematically. This deep relaxation is often referred to as meditation, although it is in reality a concentration exercise. Concentration is when we focus our awareness on an object, and meditation is when our awareness, during 100% of the concentration that lasts for a certain time, becomes one with the object of concentration.
Since none of us have a 100% concentration, then it is logical that none of us can meditate, and all the exercises we call meditation exercises are in fact the time when we are trying to stay focused. There are various techniques of concentration (meditation) either to concentrate on breathing, on the mantra, on the whole body, or some specific part of it, on the sound, whether we visualize in the mind a picture, etc. You probably know how many meditation techniques are today, but now you know that these are not meditation techniques, but concentration techniques.
It is very important that we understand these terminology errors, because it will then be clear to us why some spiritual authorities say that meditation can not be practiced, because it happens by itself as a result of complete concentration. How then can teachers of meditation exist, and there are many, when what they teach is not meditation, but concentrations. See what misconception and ignorance is widespread in spirituality. Most so-called spiritual authorities think they know but do not know. They are not even aware that they are self-unaware.
The more we try to fall asleep, the more we will be more restless, and because of that further away from drowning in a dream. Similarly, we can not enter the state of meditation by force. When we want to sleep, we just turn off the light, lie in bed, close our eyes, relax and fall asleep shortly without even noticing this transition from awake to sleeping state.
Just as we fall asleep when conditions are fulfilled, we will also spontaneously drift into meditation when our concentration and relaxation reach the maximum, and that maximum lasts for a certain amount of time. We will not even notice when and how we and the object of our concentration became one and thus entered the state of meditation.
Some highly developed spiritual friends say that meditation occurs after 45 minutes of deep concentration, and my experience shows me that this time is fairly accurate, although in rare moments, due to certain conditions, the transition from concentration to meditation can go much faster and even instantly if sexual energy (kundalini) suddenly wakes up and goes through the spine.
So we need to stop mystifying our exercises using the wrong terminology from foreign languages. Although it sounds mystical and impressive both to us and others when we say – I meditate every day, instead – I relax and concentrate every day, but let’s be honest and call what we are doing with the real name. ET Praxis deals with the demystification of everything. It cleans our mind and our actions of tradition, customs, habits, foreign languages and all other meaningless and useless things.
Naked truth without any spice of subjectivity is beautiful, and only naked truth will free us. The truth is only one, although at different levels of existence it is manifested differently in accordance with the laws of that level. If we approach life scientifically and objectively, fear can arise that we will lose Platonism, romanticism, positive feelings, sweet dreams, etc. The truth is will reveal the illusions of the mind, but to live in truth is far more beautiful than any ilusion of mind. Finally, we will be free from the dungeon of our own unconsciousness in which we have been trapped throughout our lives.
There is only one way to the truth and it’s called – the expansion of awareness. The truth is pure awareness and it is logical then that the path to it is, to be more and more aware of what we do and think in everyday life. The ways in which we can develop our awareness are innumerable. Whatever we do if we do it unconsciously, no matter how important this work looks from the outside, it will not lead us to the truth, but everything we do consciously will lead us to the truth.
We need to understand that it is not a type of activity that determines whether something is spiritual (sacred) or not, but it is the state of mind of the performer of that activity. This means that we determine with our consciousness the sacredness of any act, and so we can wash the dishes, put on socks, drive a car etc., and if we do these activities with full awareness then these activities become divine.
On the other hand, we can be in the temple performing some religious rituals, recite some exalted mantras in foreign languages, dressed in special clothes; use the so-called sacred objects, symbols, relics; drink from golden cups and fall into trans, but if we did all this mechanically, out of habits, traditions, customs, unconscious, or because someone else told us to do it, then everything we do has nothing to do with spirituality and sacredness, infact, it even deepens our unconsciousness and therefor we fall even more spiritually.
Remember, everything we do consciously liberates us from addiction to it, and everything we do unconsciously binds us for ourselves. Conscious thinking and conscious actions lead us to spiritual freedom, and unconscious thinking and unconscious doings push us even deeper into the dungeon of our own mind. The goal is always to be aware, and this is achieved by trying to concentrate on what we think and do right now. It’s not easy to do that at all, especially if our concentration muscle has atrophied because we did not train it enough.
Everything that we do not use weaken, because the biological program of the body and the brain is that only the organs and functions that we use, maintains and strengthens in the proportion of their use. All that is not used by the brain is recognized as an excess that we do not need, and the brain starts to deprive them of energy, which makes the body or the psyche begin to atrophy. So our concentration muscle atrophied more or less because, we live mechanically, unconsciously, on the autopilot, instead of being completely present and concentrated in everything we think and do.
Daily practice of concentration (meditation) is the engine of our development because it restarts our psyche from stress, uncontrolled thoughts and unconscious emotions. In this way, we disengage the autopilot, transferring the control of our lives into our own hands.
The Second Principle - Live (Enjoy) consciously here and now!
The second principle – Living now and here is an extension of the mental state that we have achieved in concentration and relaxation exercises (first principle). While relaxing consciously during a concentration exercise, we are trying to be here now, and for this purpose we use a mantra technique or some other technique. This existence here and now during the exercise, with partial or full attention, clears the mind and as a consequence we feel better physically and mentally.
That so-called a meditative state (self-awareness state), we should maintain, not only during exercise, but also in everyday life while we are doing or not doing anything. In this way, we are constantly exercising awareness in here and now, and not just during the exercise. This will result in our accelerated evolution; otherwise, if we do not practice this second principle, our progress will be very slow, we will not be satisfied with our lives and we will doubt the usefulness of our exercises.
To make it easier to be here and now, we also need to incorporate the emotion of pleasure into everyday life. Decide that you want to enjoy life, and that you will not unconsciously and mechanically, to live, or, to put it better, not live this remaining years of your life. When something is of interest to us and we are attracted to it, we feel pleasure while we are doing it. Our concentration is present without our effort, so help yourself with this insight and try to awaken a conscious interest towards your everyday life.
Only our mind divides things and activities into big and small, meaningful and insignificant while in reality, all things are equally valuable and equally divine. When you wash the dishes, put laundry in the washing machine, eat, walk, work or do not work, hang out, use the internet, phone, bathe, and in short, whenever you are experiencing anything, try to experience it with full attention and you will soon notice that everything you do has a charm, and it can give you satisfaction.
Whenever you feel boredom, a bad mood, it’s because you are not present with the whole being in the present, and you are doing mechanically what you do. Rather than focusing on what you do with full focus and interest, you are within your mind thinking about the future or the past, while the present moment is just an obstacle, which you are eagerly waiting to pass. Instead of resisting the present moment, we need to find some object of interest that will keep our attention here and now, and if we find nothing else, we can always focus our attention on breathing.
As soon as we start to breathe consciously, boredom, dissatisfaction, nervousness will begin to transform into pleasure because, it is not the moment in which we are uncomfortable, but our non-acceptance of the current situation has led to internal dissatisfaction, which we finally need to learn how to transform. Negative emotions are cleaned and transformed when we are with full attention here and now.
Of course, if we can avoid situations and beings with which we feel bad, then we should avoid them, but if that is not possible, then we need to accept it and direct our focus to the present moment. Trying to be here now is a very important principle, and if we follow it with the other three principles, we will advance very quickly and with pleasure that will grow day by day.
Third Principle - Transform useless and harmful into useful!
We need to remember that the time we got for this life is melting away and that only at this moment we build our present and future. Do we want to live a meaningless life uncontrollably exhausting our own energy, and die prematurely, or we want to enjoy life by wisely using the energy potential we have? If, besides the enjoyment of material life, we spend our energy to purify the mind and transform our animal qualities into divine, we will be happy and fulfill the goal of our lives.
Flowers surrounded by weeds will quickly die off. Likewise, our good qualities can be safely maintained and grown, only in the environment where such characteristics prevail. This means that we should avoid situations, activities, thoughts and beings, which in awake feelings of lower vibrations.
Any exaggerated manifestation of aggression, lust, greed, attachment, selfishness, fear, jealousy, boredom, frustration and other similar traits only reinforces the animal within us. So all the activities that provoke us in these negative qualities should be avoided and replaced with positive human qualities. Instead of horror movies, we need to watch educational and inspirational movies from which we can learn something useful.
We should not waste time in gossiping others, but use it for the prosperity of positive emotions. We should go more often in nature where there is much more positive energy than in populated areas. We need to understand that jealousy, hatred, envy, attachment, greed, lust, etc. are animal characteristics and that first they harm us and then others. Therefore, these things in the past have been called sin, because they strengthen the animal within us, which makes our identification with the body and our animal nature, stronger.
When negative feelings appear, think consciously and with the power of reason, explain to yourself that such negative moods do not benefit anyone. Envy, hatred, pride, lust, jealousy, etc. create dangerous flows in man, poison the spirit and body and as a consequence, there is an unhappiness and illness. But do not suppress these feelings when they appear in the mind, rather transform them. If, for example, you burn out of sexual desire in your mind, then burn one part of the energy through sports, physical work or some other creative activity, such as art, innovation, etc.
By using energy in this way, we strengthen our body and mental abilities, and consequently raise our level of consciousness. In the upper part of the body, and especially in the head, there are certain energy centers responsible for the expansion of consciousness. Physical and intellectual activity, creativity, artistic engagement, bring more energy into these centers, while, for instance, the loss of energy through genital orgasm reduces the energy potential in the upper part of the body, making these centers inactive or even ill.
As much as we try, we can not completely avoid negativity in ourselves and around us. Regard less how much you try to be positive, you will countless times lose self-control and fall under the influence of some negative feelings. Do not worry about that. Remember that you are in a transitional period from animal to human feelings. You are in the process of transformation and, of course, you still have the characteristics of the caterpillar, but also the characteristics of the butterfly.
Sometimes, when I react more passionately to some life events, people ask me how I still seem to lose self-control in certain situations. They think that a self-aware person never excites and is constantly calm. That’s wrong. In the consciousness of a self-aware person, stress acts as if we scratch with a nail the line on the water. The reaction lasts very briefly and after a few moments as if nothing happened. However, the reaction to the stress of the self-unaware is as if we were scratching the line on the stone with the nail. Long after the stress passes, an unconscious person carries an inside wound from that stress.
Therefore, do not have the feeling of guilt and accept yourself the way you are. Over time, stress lines will be shorter in your mind, and you will be able to notice this. Be aware of your negative and positive side and try to understand the real causes of your feelings and thoughts. After a while, you will uncover the game of your own mind. You will understand how your ego and intellect work. When you succeed in doing this, life will become much easier and more beautiful. Relax as much as you can and follow the four principles that lead you to freedom. Properly following the four principles will enable you to understand yourself fully and master your feelings, thoughts and behavior.
The Fourth Principle - Preserve the high energy potential of body and psyche!
ff The fourth principle is like the other three principles very, very important. The total amount of energy produced by our body is largely fueled by food, water and air. I do not want to waste time discussing with New Age sleepers who claim to live only from the air, only from love, from the connection to the universe, to God or feeding on the sun’s energy,
I know all their arguments in support of these hocus-pocus techniques. I know who they are referring to and which individuals they quote, but I would just ask the New Age philosopher – How long can you live without water and food? I do not mean just for a few days because I can also live a shorter time without water and food. Can you live for months, years ?! Well, if you can not, then please spare me somebody else’s stories, and something you do not live in your own life.
Some of you who are reading this text are also infected with the New Age hocus-pocus ideas. I’m not against it, but if in practice you have not fully achieved what these hokus-pokus techniques promise, then why do not you look at them a little more realistically. Each technique, in 50% of cases, can temporarily make a success if we are convinced of its usefulness. The results of a placebo effect have been scientifically proven, and all those hocus-pocus techniques are just based on the Placebo effect.
By the way, it is pointless to reject everything useful given to us by nature and cosmic intelligence. If I can already be healthy by absorbing the energy from food, water, and air for which my body has all the required system, it would be the waste of time trying not to use that system. It would be also stupid to deprive our self from the pleasure of eating and drinking. Why do I have to spend time trying to cross the river by walking on the water when I already have a boat which I can sit in and enjoy the river crossing.
Maybe a couple of people on the planet manage to cross the river by walking on it and what benefits they have of that, and what benefits we have from their water walking. Instead of using the body as a tool for spiritual development, we spend time, energy, risk health and life in an attempt to make the body free from anything, and even from food and water. There are many hocus-pocus techniques, one of which is to live only from air, so-called breatharianism. Today, many are thrilled with the idea of living without liquids and food.
However, Breatharians, instead of trying to free the body of eating and drinking, would do better if they would free their consciousness from all attachments including the idea that we should live only on the air (prana). Consciousness is immortal, unlimited and inviolable, not a physical body. Physical body is limited, mortal, very fragile and vulnerable by natural forces and influences.
It is said that the skin is the third kidney and the most important organ for detoxification of the body, and now we have a Breatharian who neither eats nor drinks but regularly tattoos own body. He damages the third kidney (skin) by injecting ink into it. The ink clogs the skin pores, and now this person neither eats food nor drinks liquid because he wants to have a healthy body. Since when health and tattoos go together. This example clearly shows how much that person is in ignorance and unconsciously obsessed with his own body. (Click here YouTube LINK to watch the video about a tattooed breatharian).
All this excessive focus on the physical body, its torture, exposure to unnecessary risks, comes from insufficiently conscious people. The soul does not need food, water, air or anything else to exist but the unconscious person is unaware of his/her soul, and then tries at the level of the physical body to realize the freedom that he/she can only have in the consciousness.
In the practical part of the ET Praxis you will find more about human diet. This subject is very important for our evolution. . We need to experiment with various types of diets and find the one that is best for us. It’s not easy at all, but let’s not give up and if we keep working on our self over time our nutrition will become more useful for us and for the Earth’s ecology.
It is very important that we use the energy that the body produces wisely, and always have at least one small energy surplus, because if our energy is weak, then our evolution of consciousness will be weak. We need to monitor that the indicator of our energy potential is in the green field. If we work often on energy reserves and we are weak physically and mentally, instead of evolving we will devolve.
There are many ways to consume energy of the body uselessly and senselessly and to reduce its intensity. If you have some health problems, a lack of positive energy and a surplus of negative energy and you feel that you are tapping in a place without a clear goal and the path, then it is a sure indicator that you are mistaking somewhere in relation to your physical and energy body. The sooner you understand where you are wrong sooner you will achieve a better life.
ETp approach
Practice, practice and only practice is the ETP way. Unlike psychologists, priests. life coaches and other, so called, authorities who are dealing with the mind, thoughts, faith, disbelief, emotions, ETP Friend approaches you from the point of non-duality by showing you direct techniques to clean your mind, transform your thoughts and emotions without having to deal with them at all. Sometimes it is best that a garbage can be taken by a utility company. There is no need to look into the bucket and analyze every piece of garbage and philosophize around it. Only those, who do not know how to activate the internal cleansing service, are doing it. Those, so called, authorities continue to waste their and your time analyzing the garbage of the unconscious mind. ETP Friend will show you how to regularly clean your physical and mental trash, and as soon as you have internal purity you will have both – health and happiness.
