The center is unique because it does not aim to adapt you to the exercises, and become a practitioner and a follower of a certain exercise system, but on the contrary, the goal of the center is to give you the exercises that you can create your own exercise system. In the center you will learn essential exercises and principles of tai chi, yoga, martial arts, breathing exercises, deep relaxation, meditation and much more.

ETP exercises with a focus on the spine- Physical, mental and spiritual exercises with an accent on the spinal column. This exercise system is beneficial to the physical and energy body. It is designed so that everyone, regardless of psychophysical predisposition, can practice it. The main emphasis in most exercises is the physical and energetic aspect of spin because the spine is the basis of good physical, mental and spiritual health. Exercises and strong vital energy, in the Center, lead to the elimination of energy blockages, which is reflected positively on physical and mental health of practitioner. The practitioner improves the quality of his own bioenergy and gets the effect far better than being exposed to the energy of a bioenergetist, or some other alternative treatment technique. You will learn techniques how to heal your physical and energy body yourself.

Today there are too many different training systems. There are countless types of yoga, countless martial arts and countless other disciplines that are allegedly offering psycho-physical development. A man no longer knows what to choose from, especially when instructors tell him that he need decades if not all of his life to become a master of only one of these disciplines, such as yoga master or tai chi master. It sounds very discouraging to anyone who wants to work on himself, and often even demoralizes the honest seeker to start working on himself.
The biggest problem today is that most so-called experts for various disciplines study the disciplines they teach rather than using these disciplines to study themselves. We do not need to learn yoga, but with the help of yoga we need to study ourselves. We do not need to study tai chi, but through the techniques of tai chia to explore ourselves.
Almost everyone has forgotten that all the techniques and disciplines for the development of man have come from man, and isn’t logical that we should study ourselves because everything is contained in us, and from us all knowledge in human society comes? In fact, everything in life should be used to better understand and know ourselves. Once we understand this, we will discover that all the wisdom of yoga or tai chia can be achieved with several simple exercises.
We will realize that all exercises of any discipline were based on three principles, movement, breathing and awareness. Finally, we will realize that there is no developmental system that would fully satisfy our psycho-physical needs because man is multidimensional and each individual exercise system is only in one or several dimensions. By understanding this truth, we will create our own multi-dimensional exercise program that will incorporate everything that benefits us.
